The hotel was sparkling clean and comfortable, with kind and accommodating staff, making it a great choice for anyone who loves exploring the outdoors and nearby parks. you'll find cauble park, a lovely spot for a stroll or picnic, and a few steps away, there's plenty of food options to refuel after your adventures. I was a bit surprised that the room access was from outside, but it wasn't a dealbreaker since everything else was great.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was pretty comfy, and the beds had good support for a solid night's sleep. The bathroom could use an update, though. the shower head didn't really work well, hardly any water came out. I noticed some wear and tear in the room, too. The breakfast was alright, just wish the eggs were warmer. I didn’t like how the door didn’t fit well either—it felt kind of unsafe.

Slanted floors made for some awkward moments, and the beds felt smaller than expected, which wasn’t ideal for a couple. The shower head squirted water sideways instead of down, likely due to the stubborn shower curtain that wouldn’t stay closed. Lack of an elevator could be a dealbreaker for anyone with mobility issues, and my request for a room switch fell on deaf ears. The closest ice machine didn’t work throughout our entire five-day stay, and intermittent water outages were a nuisance. Lastly, the breakfast buffet felt lacking with limited options and odd dine-in only signs, which created a sense of restriction.

The friendly staff made check-in smooth, and the clean, well-maintained room provided a serene getaway. The fresh sheet scent was delightful, and the outdoor pool was a hit with the kids!

the king room was comfortable and dark, perfect for a good night's sleep. breakfast had great options, including delicious coffee and fresh pastries. the staff was super friendly, especially rebecca at check-in who made our stay feel warm and welcoming. the location is convenient, just off i-75, making travel easy.
